Sign up your team and join us for this incredible flag football tournament. This event is an exclusive NFL FLAG event for children in Kindergarten through 8th Grade that have registered for the Spring 2023 season.

WHAT: The Seahawks NFL FLAG Football Experience is a celebration of Seahawks Flag Football!
This experience is designed to get families excited about flag football in the Seattle area and get youth athletes involved and active in a fun and exciting way!
FORMAT: All teams will compete in 3 flag football games at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center!

Co-Ed Team ENTRY FEE: $350 Per Team
All skill levels are welcome! Newcomers can experience tournament play for the first time. Experienced tournament players can prepare themselves for future tournaments.

Team Entry - Registration Process:
1. The head coach will be responsible for their team's initial registration and paying the team fee through the registration portal on this page.
2. They will need to add all player names and contact info in the registration process.
3. Once this is complete, families of the players added to the roster will receive an email prompting them to complete their registration information, required waivers, & the size of T-Shirt they will receive at the event.

All Girls Entry Information:
Seahawks Flag Football has partnered with Gatorade to provide scholarships for our female Seahawks FLAG players to participate in the 2023 Seahawks Experience for FREE!
Rather than full team registration, the girls division registration is on a player by player basis - With no entry fee! Female players are encouraged to invite a friend or sibling that may not yet have jumped into our program, so they can get a taste of what Seahawks Flag Football is like!
Once each grade division has filled up, we will form teams and share those with our female participants and their families.
During the registration process, parents will also be asked if they are interested in coaching - Coaches are volunteers and will be background checked prior to the event. We encourage parents to get involved with coaching their children regardless of experience - We are here to help!
